• For returns and exchange, buyer can place request from our website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for return, product must be unused and in hygienic condition.

• Product must be in the original packaging.

• Once we receive the product, we will inspect it.

• After inspection, refund will be initiated to the payment source for prepaid orders.

• For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made to UPI ids provided by the buyer to our support executive.

Steps to return your order:

1. Login to your account on this link using your registered email id.

2. In ORDERS tab, click on RETURN REQUEST option for the product you want to return and submit.

3. Our return shipping executive will pick up the product from your doorstep in next 1-2 business days.
